CITY OF HEROES FREEDOM brings a new Free-to-Play option to the game, and given all the new players coming in to check us out, we doubled down on all aspects of the new starting experience. That includes a brand-new tutorial section that simultaneously teaches new heroes and villains how to interact with the world but also a new tutorial comic that plays out over a series of load screens.

On page 2, the Arachnos villains arrive to take advantage of the chaos in Galaxy City. Lord Recluse and Statesman have words.
